AmeriSpec Inspection Services and TNT Termite Services announce the winners of the 2013 Future Leaders Scholarship Awards. They are Rachel Pettid, Meghan Schildt and Brett Hatfield.
The Future Leaders Scholarship Program was launched in 2010 as a part of AmeriSpec Nebraska’s “Partner in the Community” efforts in support of the local real estate industry, with the intentions of providing educational assistance for leaders of tomorrow.
The recipients of the three one-year, $1,500 scholarships were selected based on preparatory school records and scores on college entrance exams, as well as on character.
Winners include Rachel Pettid, the daughter of Michael Pettid of Purdential Omaha real estate; Meghan Schildt, the sister of Kara Schildt at Sellstate/Performance, Lincoln; and Brett Hatfield, the son of Kelly Ann Hatfield of Keller Williams in Omaha.
In addition, each recipient must demonstrate good citizenship, be a participant/leader in extracurricular activities and have work-related experiences during their high school years.
As one of real estate’s true “Partners of the Community,” we at AmeriSpec/TNT believe education is the key to a successful future. AmeriSpec Nebraska has awarded $18,000 in scholarships to students in our communities.
Our commitment to education is another way that we will continue to differentiate ourselves from other inspection companies in the Omaha and Lincoln metropolitan areas.
