Update on first scholarship winners
Between now and June 15, AmeriSpec Inspection Services and TNT Termite Services will be promoting our Future Leaders Scholarship Program for high school seniors of Realtors and other real estate professionals, who plan on attending college in the fall. As two of the industry’s Partners in the Community, both AmeriSpec Omaha and Lincoln and TNT recognize that education is the key to a successful future. Our commitment to education is just another way that we continue to differentiate ourselves from other inspection companies in the Midwest.
With the announcement of this year’s award winners in July 2015, AmeriSpec/TNT will have awarded 18 scholarships of $1,500 each, totaling $27,000 to family members of the real estate community. This being our sixth year of the program, we want to circle back and acknowledge the success stories of our first three award winners announced in 2010. They have recently graduated from college and are now in the working world as one of tomorrow’s future leaders:
Robert Grove – graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business in May 2014. He currently lives in New York City and is working in investment banking. He is the son of Colleen Grove of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Jaeda Roth– graduated from the University of Minnesota in May 2014 with a degree in biology. She recently was accepted into the University of Nebraska Medical Center here in Omaha. She is the daughter of Paul Roth of CBSHOME.
Remington Rotthaus – graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2014 with degrees in sciences and economics. He currently lives in Kansas City, MO and is working as an actuary. He is the son of Doug Rotthaus of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors.
As you can see, our investments into our future leaders of tomorrow are already paying dividends as we wish our past award winners continued success with their respective professions.
If you have a daughter, son or grandchild who will be attending college in the fall, we’d love the opportunity to be a part of tomorrow’s future leaders as we have for Robert, Jaeda and Remington.
