AmeriSpec Omaha and Lincoln is pleased to announce promotions for three of its home inspectors.
Kevin Wiley has been promoted to the position of General Manager of the AmeriSpec brand. He will now focus his efforts enhancing our customer satisfaction and service quality, said Tom Sutko, AmeriSpec owner. He also will continue to perform home inspections.
“Since joining the AmeriSpec team in July 2012, Kevin has been an integral part of our growth over the last three years,” Sutko said. “His passion for the business will position us for continued success in the future.”
Two other AmeriSpec inspectors have been promoted to Certified Home Inspectors. Peter McLeay and Mitch Lawrence have passed their national exams from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). They also have completed more than 250 home inspections as part of their certification process.
McLeay (I.D. #254467) joined the AmeriSpec team in February 2014. Lawrence (I.D. # 257163) joined in April 2013.
“For both Peter and Mitch, this is a big accomplishment. Both of them started as apprentices within our home inspection program,” Sutko said.
“Congratulations to all three gentlemen. Looking to our future, I’m excited for the opportunities that these individuals can bring to the forefront and wish them continued success in their roles within the AmeriSpec brand,” he added.
