Resolving Issues: Customer Satisfaction

Meeting the expectations of our customers and their brokers is one of AmeriSpec Omaha and Lincoln’s most important goals. That’s why we ask for customer feedback after every inspection: to make sure you’re satisfied with the results, and if you’re not, how we can change that.
After moving into his home in early 2011, Tom Aeschliman of Omaha discovered that a valve and fitting involved with his furnace humidifier were not working properly.  Although AmeriSpec does inspect furnaces and plumbing, furnace humidifiers are beyond the scope of an inspection and are not reviewed in the report.

However, when Tom called AmeriSpec to discuss the issue, we agreed to review the invoice from his plumber to see how the issue could be resolved.

“AmeriSpec worked with me to resolve the issue quickly, and financially,” said Tom. “I have used AmeriSpec for my previous three home inspections, and plan on using them if I have a fourth.”
