Best of Omaha 2011

AmeriSpec Nebraska has been named “Best of Omaha” in the Home Inspection Service category for 2011.

Although Omaha Magazine’s Best of Omaha Survey dates back to 1992, this is the first year that the Home Inspection Service category has been included in the contest.

“We are very honored to have been chosen by ‘Best of Omaha’ voters as the top home inspection service in the city,” said Tom Sutko, president and owner of AmeriSpec.

“It’s especially gratifying since this is the first year for voting in this category, and we didn’t have an opportunity to campaign for votes. This award complements our mission of bringing another level of professionalism to the home inspection industry, not to mention our efforts of adding value while minimizing risk for agents working in the industry,” he added.

More than 18,000 people responded to the annual Omaha Magazine survey. Results were announced in mid-January. Winners were named in seven categories: Dining, Fun, Health & Beauty, Household, Retail, Services and Transportation.
