Kelly Foley
General Manager
As the GM, Kelly’s primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day activities of the AmeriSpec and TNT inspection businesses while supporting our inspection needs on an “as-needed” basis. Kelly has been with AmeriSpec since September 2005 and has nine years of home inspection experience. Prior to joining AmeriSpec, Kelly had a successful career with the American Home Shield company (home warranty).
In addition to his home inspection/warranty background, Kelly has achieved additional certifications in radon testing and advanced mold assessment. He also is certified to conduct continuing education classes in Iowa.
A native of Carroll, IA, Kelly graduated from Kuemper Catholic High School. He earned an associate’s degree in business management from Iowa Western Community College.
Keith Nelson
Senior Inspector
One of two senior home inspectors on staff, Keith has been working for AmeriSpec since April 1998. Besides being an inspector, he also assists as an assistant manager of the home inspection business. He has 12 years of home inspection experience.
Keith has been certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors since 2003 (I.D. #204802). He also is certified in radon testing as well mold assessment.
A native of Omaha, Keith graduated from Burke High School. He also attended Doane College and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Aaron Mainelli
Certified Inspector
As a certified inspector, Aaron has seven years of experience as a home inspector. He has been employed at AmeriSpec since August 2003.
Aaron is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (I.D. #244670). He also is certified in radon testing.
A native of Omaha, Aaron graduated from Burke High School. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Tim Galloway
Certified Inspector
As a certified inspector, Tim has six years of experience as a home inspector. He has been employed at AmeriSpec Nebraska since June 2010.
Prior to joining AmeriSpec Nebraska, Tim worked for the AmeriSpec franchise owner in Dallas, TX and is a certified real estate inspector in the State of Texas. He also is a certified pool operator, and is a licensed termite inspector and radon measurement specialist.
Since joining AmeriSpec Nebraska, he also has received his home inspector certification from the American Society of Home Inspectors (I.D. #250820).
A native of Goldsboro, NC, Tim graduated from Derby (KS) High School. He attended the University of Kansas and Wichita State University.
Eric B. Knoll
Certified Inspector
An Omaha native, Eric has been employed at AmeriSpec since December 2005. He has five years of experience as a home inspector, and 17 years of experience in carpentry and new construction warranty.
Eric is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (I.D. #247358), and also is certified in radon testing.
He earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Mark McGinn
Certified Inspector
Mark has nearly three years of experience as a home inspector. He has been employed by AmeriSpec since June 2008 and has performed more than 1,000 home inspections.
Mark became a certified home inspector in February 2011 and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (I.D. #250026). He also is certified in radon testing and pest control (Springer Pest Control).
After graduating from Millard North High School, Mark was drafted by the New York Mets, and played in the minor leagues for three years. Upon completion of his professional baseball career, Mark attended plumbing school at the Associated Builders & Contractors School.
