In an effort to keep in touch with our customers, AmeriSpec has launched an electronic customer satisfaction survey program called Tell AmeriSpec to measure how well we are meeting the expectations of our customers.
Recognizing that customer feedback is of paramount importance to our mission of bringing a higher level of professionalism to the inspection industry, we are excited about capturing those ideas and implementing changes to the process. This will enable us to continue to differentiate ourselves from any other inspection service in the area.
Customer feedback also allows us to resolve customer issues quickly and fairly.
